All Vehicle Safety Requirements
These rules and regulations are for everyone’s benefit and well-being. If you chose to ignore, disregard or believe that they do not apply to you, you will be warned TWICE (2 Times) ONLY and then you will be asked to leave the premises.
  1. Battery to be securely mounted with nothing capable of shorting between terminals.
  2. No fluid leaks.
  3. Front and rear recovery points properly secured to frame of vehicle.
  4. All heavy or dangerous items properly secured to or in vehicle.
  5. No apparent damage to critical components, disrepair of critical vehicle systems or loose items such as bumpers or winches.
  6. Operating seatbelts.
  7. Vehicle suitably equipped to perform requested challenge.
  8. Synthetic winch rope is preferred. If using cable must have cable dampers and use them.

Additional requirements for Side by Side (SxS) and UTVs
  1. Machines may not be home built or substantially modified from manufacturer’s specifications in the sole opinion of park owner.
  2. Units must be equipped with a steering wheel from the manufacturer.
  3. Units must be equipped with ROPS (Roll over Protection System) from manufacturer.
  4. Machines must be equipped with manufacturer seat belts in good working order and MUST BE WORN.
Vehicles not meeting these requirements will not be allowed on trails. Owners/drivers are welcome to ride in other vehicles with
that vehicle owner’s permission.

Areas of Risk.
  1. YOU!
  2. Other participants.
  3. Fire. Be very careful and observant. If you start one you better be able to put it out!
  4. Weather, high winds, powerful rain storms, lightning, deep snow, fog and/or low cloud. Oh, and hail.
  5. Elevation about 2000ft, bring sunscreen.
  6. Animals and insects, check yourself frequently for ticks.
  7. Snakes throughout property, spiders too
  8. Bears, coyotes and other animals (possibly with rabies).
  9. Deep gullies.
  10. Steep to vertical rock walls with loose rocks
  11. Off camber trails with dangerous drops.
  12. The Owner.
  13. Moving vehicles.
  14. Steep descents, steep ascents.
  15. Dead or fallen trees and/or tree limbs.
  16. Loose falling rocks.
  17. Deep ditches and ruts.
  18. Deep mud.
  19. Steep tracks with loose rocks.
  20. Loose or stray farm or domesticated animals, DO NOT approach! Cows cost a lot of money!!
  21. Rusty and sharp metal or old barbed wire fencing.
  22. Other man made items placed by previous owners that are unknown to current owner.
  23. Winch cables under tension.
  24. Low flying military and civilian aircraft.

Intending to be bound, I do hereby covenant and agree as follows:
  1. I certify that I understand and acknowledge that the premises consist in large part of land that is mountainous in topography, has been previously used for cattle and subsequently has remnants of old fencing, is wooded with new, old and dead trees and that the premises may contain, but is not limited to, any or all of the following hazards listed above.
  2. I acknowledge and fully understand that I may engage only in off roading and related activities upon entering the premises and that such activities involve risk of serious injury, including permanent disability and death, and severe social and economic losses, which may result not only from my own acts, omissions or negligence but from acts, omissions and negligence of others, and further acknowledge that there may be other risks not known to me or reasonably foreseeable at this time.
  3. I assume all of the foregoing risks, and all other risks, whetherr known or unknown, which may be present in my entry upon and use of the premises and areas appurtenant thereto, and accept personal responsibility for damages or injuries I may sustain to my person or property while upon the premises, including permanent disability or death.
  4. I hereby agree for myself and for my heirs, executors, administrators, representatives, successors and assigns, to release, waive, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Twin Mountain Off Road Adventure, LLC and their officers, directors, limited and general partners, agents, employees, successors and assigns, from any and all claims, suits, demands, obligations, actions, cause of actions, rights or damages, litigation expenses, attorney fees, costs and expenses, including but not limited to, claims for personal injury, permanent disability, death or property damage arising from or in any way related to my entry upon and use of the premises or areas appurtenant thereto.
